As the Iron Master of the Arashikage clan forges his sword, Tiger Claw asks about "the Sundering." Iron Master responds by telling the story of Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow, recounting the Four Trials they faced as trainees of the Hard Master. The tale is interspersed with brief clips from Spy Troops: The Movie and Valor vs. Venom. As the tale concludes Storm Shadow and his ninjas attack the Joes present. The attackers are defeated, and Duke officially accepts Tiger Claw as the newest member of the Joe Team.

Misc. Notes
- This 22-minute film was exclusive to the Ninja Battles five-figure pack, which also included a small training playset. Yojoe.com posted images of the set on 12/27/2004, and it became available as stores restocked their toy shelves after Christmas.
- The film is also included (with minor edits) on the G.I. Joe Greatest Battles DVD, released with four figures in February 2009.
