The Million Dollar Medic

The Joes save a wealthy business owner Owen Van Mark and his daughter Bree from a Cobra attack on their yacht, and Bree becomes infatuated with Lifeline after the rescue. Cobra hopes to use threats to persuade Van Mark to sell his business. Lifeline and Lift-Ticket happen upon one of Cobra's visits and save them again, and Cobra takes notice of Bree's obsession with Lifeline. She shows up at Joe Headquarters with a gold-plated helicopter and a fleet of Rolls Royce ambulances for him, but the ambulances open to reveal BATs that overrun the airfield. Cobra launches a full-scale attack, which the Joes are unable to fend off because the helicopter blocks their runway.

G.I. Joe is finally able to regroup for a counterattack, and they begin to suspect the Van Marks may be working with Cobra already. Bree steals a helicopter with Lifeline aboard to prove her love to him. Under interrogation, Mr. Van Mark offers the location of a cabin Bree may have fled to. At the cabin, Bree and Lifeline are attacked, but Lifeline uses fire to block Cobra until the Joes can arrive to drive them off.
