Character Contributions

• Cobra Reptile Trainer: breeds, selects, trains, and deploys crocodilians, lizards, snakes, and turtles for security and other Cobra interests.

• Mobile Missile Specialist: operates, maintains, and supplies ammunition for man-portable multiple-launch surface-to-surface and air-defense missile systems. Applies infrared techniques to detect and engage targets.
• Ordnance: supervises and performs direct and general support maintenance on vehicle, infantry, and artillery fire control systems and equipment;
• Clerk Typist: performs data entry and manages the contents of information storage and retrieval systems through keyboard input. Ensures the accurate transfer of hard-copy documents to digital format and reviews the results of optical character recognition.

• Cobra Battlefield Technician: supervises and performs direct and general support and in-the-field maintenance/repairs to the mechanisms and systems of tank turrets, weapons, fighting vehicles, towed and self-propelled artillery, small arms, and other infantry weapons. Provides combat engineering support to forces in the field, and operates Combat Engineering vehicles.

• Advanced Recon: provides tactical and technical guidance in reconnaissance operations; locates and engages targets using vision enhancement; operates and maintains communications equipment and operates in a radio net; records operational information, and locates and neutralizes traps.
• Infantry: The infantryman supervises, leads, or serves as a member of an infantry activity that employs individual or crew served weapons in support of offensive and defensive combat operations.
• Radio-telecommunications: plans, coordinates, configures, directs, integrates, and supervises the installation, operation, maintenance, and management of telecommunications systems and networks, and oversees information systems support functions for command, control, communications, and computers used at all levels. Also serves in signal and other special communications activities.

• Renegades: rough-edged fighters selected for combat training and discipline by Sergeant Slaughter, assigned to special undercover missions for G.I. Joe, with no exterior support and outide the military command structure.
• Mercenary: fights in conflicts in which his only interest is private gain and the enjoyment of fighting.
• Small Arms Armorer: Performs direct and general support maintenance and repairs on small arms and other infantry weapons, and towed artillery. Diagnoses and troubleshoots malfunctions on this and related equipment.
• Infiltration: bypasses front-line strongpoints and guard postings for operations behind enemy lines and in sensitive areas, often isolating protected enemy units for easier attack by follow-up troops.
• Explosives Expert: performs and teaches tasks in demolitions, explosives, improvised munitions, and mine/counter-mine operations. Plans, teaches, and performs sabotage operations with standard, nonstandard, and improvised munitions and explosives.

• Renegade: rough-edged fighters selected for combat training and discipline by Sergeant Slaughter, assigned to special undercover missions for G.I. Joe, with no exterior support and outide the military command structure.
