Wore her 1987 outfit and had spiky hair, and the dragon was larger and centered on her chest. In the cartoon, she only fought well when blindfolded or with her eyes closed. The Movie gave hints of a budding relationship with Falcon.

She is, in fact, the cousin of STORM SHADOW. After intensive training in the occult martial arts she came to the conclusion that her size and relative strength put her at a disadvantage in a combat situation. To overcome this lack, AGENT JINX worked on raising the craft of infiltration to an art form. She can bypass enemy listening posts, slip through their outer perimeter wire, worm her way past the sentries, avoid the infrared sensors, penetrate their command bunker, capture digital imagery of battle plans, and escape without being detected. If she can plant a delayed explosive charge in the officer's latrine that is considered a bonus. DUKE thought that TUNNEL RAT was the perfect G.I. JOE to infiltrate COBRA underground systems since he was already poking around down there anyway. Most people would feel claustrophobic in a dim, narrow tunnel, especially if they knew that there might be mines and booby-traps imbedded in the walls and that heavily armed enemy troops might be lurking around the next bend. At the very least, they would feel threatened, trapped, and totally insecure. TUNNEL RAT feels none of that. He feels at home. "This job is great. I get to go to weird and exotic places, meet interesting people who are all out to surprise me, and at the end of the month I get paid. What more can I ask for?" There isn't a mine, booby-trap, or bomb in the world that he can't disarm, defuse, or otherwise deactivate in less than thirty seconds. This comes from constant practice on dummy devices, or whatever he can get his hands on that ticks. He's an expert at negotiating his way through tunnels, air ducts, and other tight places where bombs and booby-traps are likely to be planted. Philip M. Provost (American with French surname) of Little Rock, AR. Little Rock, on I-40 on the Arkansas River, is the state's capital and largest city (pop. 184,422). Also from Arkansas are Tracker, from Helena to the east, and Hollow Point, from Quitman to the north.

Comic Notes: Chuckles (who spoke just fine in the comic) appeared in 19 issues between 1987 and 1993: #60, 63, 64, 67, 95, 97, 98, 116-118, 140, and Special Missions #7, 10, 11, 14, 15, 18, 19, and 22. His character appears to be killed (impaled, actually) in Devil's Due #25. His 2007 filecard reports him alive and having faked his death, which is based on that comic issue's original script.

Comic and Animation Notes: Raptor appeared in 11 issues between 1988 and 1991: #58, 59, 61, 62, 94, 95, 97-99, 116, and Special Missions #24. He was one of several Cobras who died after being buried in a volcano by Cobra Commander. He and his falcon were animated only for commercials.

He discovered that by breeding bigger and stronger birds and equipping them with steel-tipped talons, they were capable of attacking much more profitable game. Caught poaching on a Cobra mink ranch by DESTRO, Raptor joined the ranks of the Cobra legions and began work on developing a bird of prey strong enough to attack a G.I. Joe. "Raptor doesn't have any delusions about what he is even if he dresses up in that bird suit of his and spends most of his time in a giant bird cage. Those are means to an end, and the bottom line for Raptor is his non-taxable profit margin." Toy Notes: Item #6485.
