Character Contributions

• U.S. Marine: provides force projection from the sea, using the mobility of the Navy to rapidly deliver combined-arms task forces, and secures territory to be held by the Army.
• Marine Recon: The reconnaissance man is responsible for providing the amphibious, long range, small unit, ground reconnaissance and raid skills to support the task force. Responsible for highly refined scouting and patroling skills, with advanced proficiency in scout swiming, small boat operations, close combat skills, airborne, surface, and sub-surface insertion and extraction, assault climbing, demolitions, and forward observer procedures.
• Recondo Instructor: develops curriculum and trains personnel in the principles and techniques of reconnaissance.
• Jungle Warfare Training Instructor: performs combat training and survival techniques for use in densely forested hot climates, specializing in unconventional, low-intensity guerilla-style tactics. Trains personnel in combat tracking, close-quarter fighting with limited visibility, and tree jumping, as well as pyschological, economic, and political strategies when encountering primitive cultures allied with the enemy.
• Heavy Weapons: maintains, deploys, and uses heavy weapons, especially machine guns and grenade launchers, for maximum effect for attack, cover, and support.
• Tank Annihilator: The anti-tank missileman is responsible for the tactical deployment of anti-armor weapon systems and general anti-armor and tactical vehicle operations. Provides medium and heavy anti-armor fire in support of infantry and other units.
• Battle Wagon Driver: Supervises and operates the Battle Wagon over varied terrain and roadways for support of combat operations.
• Mega-Marine Commander: Selects, trains, deploys, and supervises a team to thwart Cobra's genetic enhancement operations and to repel and destroy its creations.
• Bio-Military Expert: Has an understanding of the maintenance, use, and modification of Bio-Armor and of Cobra's genetic enancement operations. Ensures that his team is trained and ready to survive and operate in chemically and biologically contaminated environments.

• Medic: The combat medic provides emergency medical treatment, limited primary care, force health protection, and evacuation in a variety of opreational and clinical settings from point of injury or illness through the continuum of military health care.
• Medical Doctor: The field surgeon examines, diagnoses, and treats or prescribes course of treatment for the initial phase of battlefield disease or injury. Provides resuscitative and definitive care for injured and wounded soldiers within the capability of the unit's medical element.
• Chaplain's Assistant: Assists the chaplain in all matters in which religion impacts on command programs, personnel, policies, and procedures. Coordinates religious ministries including pastoral counseling for personnel and their family members. Provides leadership for moral, ethical, and human self-development programs.

• Weapons Manufacture and Supply (incl. Cyber-Tech Weapons Dealer): commands the research and development, manufacture, and sale of weapons and military technology and equipment, including guns, ammunition, missiles, military aircraft, vehicles, ships, electronic systems, etc. Uses all necessary means to secure contracts and unofficial understandings with parties to various conflicts.
• Iron Grenadiers Leader: Founder of the Iron Grenadiers organization, in the twin roles of commander-in-chief of the private military and CEO of the M.A.R.S. corporation. Aids or opposes Cobra depending on Destro's own agreement with Cobra's immediate goals, methods, and leadership.
• Terrorist: uses unconventional warfare tactics to instill fear in populations as a means of coersion toward Cobra's ultimate and immediate goals.
• Intelligence: Coordinates, supervises, and participates in all-source current intelligence indications and warnings, threat analysis, and general intelligence activities; receives and assesses all sources of intelligence, particularly dealing with enemy capabilities, intentions, vulnerabilities, and courses of action, as well as outside effects on operations, and applies that intelligence at tactical, operational, and strategic levels.
• Thief: illegally procures the property of other individuals, organizations, states, or other entities for private gain and the advancement of the goals of Cobra and/or the Iron Grenadiers.
• Mercenary: fights in conflicts in which his only interest is private gain and the enjoyment of fighting.
• Cobra-Tech Commander: commands and supervises Cobra's BAAT forces in space operations. Also responsible for ensuring proper maintenance and upgrading of the BAATs and their coordination with Star Brigade personnel.
