Moctezuma Xocoyotzin (r. 1502-1520) was emperor of the Aztec Empire in modern-day Mexico during the beginning of the Spanish Conquest. The circumstances of his death are unclear. The skeleton appeared in Arise Serpentor Arise part 2 but obviously had no dialogue.

They are screened for optimum strength, endurance, and motivation then subjected to a grueling and dangerous training program with over a fifty percent dropout rate. In order to graduate, traines must complete a HALO (High Altitude Low Opening) jump in a blizzard, ski cross-country fifty miles carrying a hundred-pound pack, hit over 95% of pop-up targets on the combat range, and swim a hundred meters in freezing water while carrying fifty pounds of ammunition. To become an officer in this unit, a SNOW SERPENT TROOPER must also survive three weeks in a remote polar region with nothing but an ice pick and snow goggles. After some rudimentary training, they are handed a parachute and weapons and told go out [sic] and wreak havoc. The battle may be on the ground or in the air, but wherever the location, COBRA PARATROOPER forces gleefully leap into the fray, guns blazing and eyes burning with a zeal for battle. Her ability to guess the actions of others has made her a supreme bounty hunter. She is often found in the company of FIREFLY and BLACK OUT, probably because their single-minded passion for devastation and darkness rivals her own. Together, the trio is known as H.I.S.S.
