Moctezuma Xocoyotzin (r. 1502-1520) was emperor of the Aztec Empire in modern-day Mexico during the beginning of the Spanish Conquest. The circumstances of his death are unclear. The skeleton appeared in Arise Serpentor Arise part 2 but obviously had no dialogue.

	The COBRA DIVER division is comprised of COBRA infantry troopers who have received training in underwater combat, demolitions, and infiltration. They're called "grunts with fins" by higher-ranking COBRA forces, but the COBRA DIVER units let it roll off their backs like water. They know that if they prove themselves to be thoroughly competent at their job, they will have a real shot at being selected to join the elite EEL team. To that end, every COBRA DIVER wants to be the one to retreive the precious water element for COBRA COMMANDER and win his notice - and approval. 	Candidates for the SNOW SERPENT unit are selected from the ranks of the elite EELS (COBRA frogmen) cadres. They are screened for optimum strength, endurance, and motivation then subjected to a grueling and dangerous training program with over a fifty percent dropout rate. In order to graduate, traines must complete a HALO (High Altitude Low Opening) jump in a blizzard, ski cross-country fifty miles carrying a hundred-pound pack, hit over 95% of pop-up targets on the combat range, and swim a hundred meters in freezing water while carrying fifty pounds of ammunition. To become an officer in this unit, a SNOW SERPENT TROOPER must also survive three weeks in a remote polar region with nothing but an ice pick and snow goggles. "Extreme cold is an adversary that only the strongest and most disciplined troopers can survive. The only thing colder than an Arctic night is the blood in my veins. Cold as ice: no mercy."

	COBRA PARATROOPER forces are the lowest ranks in the COBRA legions, yet their great numbers provide COBRA with much of its muscle. Thugs, mercenaries, pirates, and assorted lowlifes are recruited from all over the world with promises of future wealth - and instant opportunities to demolish and destroy. After some rudimentary training, they are handed a parachute and weapons and told go out [sic] and wreak havoc. The battle may be on the ground or in the air, but wherever the location, COBRA PARATROOPER forces gleefully leap into the fray, guns blazing and eyes burning with a zeal for battle. 	Anyone in close proximity to MUNITIA is suddenly and savagely chilled to the bone. Her icy presence sucks the warmth out of everything and everyone. Her ability to guess the actions of others has made her a supreme bounty hunter. She is often found in the company of FIREFLY and BLACK OUT, probably because their single-minded passion for devastation and darkness rivals her own. Together, the trio is known as H.I.S.S.
