Sunbow Cartoon Notes: Voiced by Gregg Berger. Sparks spoke 18 lines in 5 episodes: TROC parts 1, 2, and 5, Cobra Stops the World, and Grey Hairs and Growing Pains. Sparks originated as a character who worked alongside Breaker inside Joe Headquarters. There he wore a light green helmet similar to Crankcase's (usually with headset), a light green shirt with chest pockets, dark green pants, a backpack with two antennas on the left side, and a brown U-shaped harness. A character looking a little like Sparks but in a grey outfit appears in ASA Part 2 (pictured left). By the second season, Sparks had retired from G.I. Joe and was working at a television station.

He was the featured rival to Dusty during that Joe's apparent defection to Cobra.
